At Linden House's Kids Village Co-op, we believe that it takes a village to raise a child. Our cooperative emphasizes community and collaboration, involving parents, caregivers, and educators in creating a holistic educational experience. We aim to foster creativity, curiosity, and social development through a blend of structured activities and free play. We believe in the power of community to shape positive futures and are committed to building that village where each child feels valued and supported.
Our mission is to nurture and inspire young minds within a supportive and play-based environment. We are dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and warm space where children can learn, play, and grow together. By integrating educational activities with community involvement, Kids Village Co-op aims to build a foundation of lifelong learning and connection for our children.
Linden House Kids Village Co-op is a year-round learning community, serving children from 12 months to 12 years old. Located in Winlock, Washington, Kids Village provides a nurturing environment for early childhood education and after-school programs.
What does it mean to join a Co-op?
Joining Linden House Kids Village Cooperative means becoming part of a collaborative learning community where families have the flexibility to tailor educational sessions for children aged 12 months to 12 years. As members, parents can provide input into the program structure while enjoying the benefits of a nurturing, child-centered environment without any volunteer time requirements.
How involved do you have to be as a parent?
As a parent at Linden House Kids Village Cooperative, your level of involvement is entirely up to you. While we welcome and encourage parents to provide input and participate in activities, there is no requirement for volunteering, allowing you to choose how involved you'd like to be in the cooperative.
