Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Risk
By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and agree that participation in any activities, classes, events, or the use of the facilities at Linden House Community Center involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with your participation.

Release of Liability
Linden House Community Center, its staff, volunteers, and representatives are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while you or your dependents, or any guests you invite are on the premises or participating in any activities. This includes but is not limited to classes, events, or private facility rentals.

Waiver Coverage
This waiver applies to:

1. Classes and Activities: Participation in yoga, fitness, or any other instructional classes.
    
2. Facility Rentals: Events such as parties, pickleball games, or any other private gatherings held at the Community Center.
    

By signing this waiver, you agree to release and hold harmless Linden House Community Center from any liability related to these activities.

Participant Responsibility
It is your responsibility to:

• Follow all posted rules and guidelines.
   
• Act responsibly and take appropriate precautions during your participation.
   
• Notify instructors or staff of any medical conditions or concerns before engaging in activities.
   

Agreement to Terms
By signing or electronically acknowledging this waiver, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood the terms outlined above.
   
• You are voluntarily agreeing to these terms on behalf of yourself, any guests you invite and, if applicable, your minor dependents.
