Our mission for our Overnight Planned Respite Program is to provide exceptional, compassionate care in a safe and welcoming home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities. We are committed to supporting individuals while providing families and caregivers with peace of mind and the opportunity to rest and recharge.

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, individualized care that promotes comfort, dignity, and meaningful experiences during every stay. Our team of highly trained HCAs, CNAs, and RNs is committed to meeting each guest's unique needs while fostering a warm, supportive environment.

Through collaboration with families, DDA case managers, and community partners, Linden House strives to provide dependable respite services that strengthen families and support individuals in maintaining their independence and quality of life. Eligible families should contact their DDA case manager to learn more about scheduling a stay.

Access to quality respite services is essential for maintaining the health and well-being of both caregivers and the individuals they support. Whether respite is needed for planned time away, personal obligations, or caregiver renewal, our experienced team is dedicated to providing safe, compassionate, and individualized care in a comfortable, home-like environment.

Our Services Include:

24-Hour Supervision and Support: Ensuring safety and well-being with round-the-clock assistance.
Personalized Care: Honoring each individuals preferences and needs.
Cozy, home-like environment: Our private suite is designed specifically for planned respite with a fully accessible bathroom, equipped with grab bars and shower chair. The queen bed and furnishings are welcoming and comfortable.
Community Inclusion: Located in small-town Winlock, you will have access to walking paths, restaurants, grocery stores and small shops. We have an on-site recreation room with a half-court basketball court, swings and pickleball and an on-site gift shop with snacks, gifts and necessities.
